Pre-Habilitation

prehab

Pre-habilitation is our way to assist a person with special needs. Pre-habilitation is the way that we prepare our clients for their daily lives. Pre-habilitation has been used with athletes for the past few years but, we use it to help our clients focus on specific tasks that may be difficult for them, especially in emergency situations (stumbles and balance issues). Pre-habilitation stops the decline of strength and fear of walking for most people. If you have a parent or friend who is having issues with strength, please call us to help.

CHEST DAY ONE

ALTERNATING INCLINE DUMBBELL FLYE YOU SHOULD FEEL THIS EXERCISE IN YOUR UPPER MIDDLE CHEST

  • While lying on an incline bench raise your arms to the ceiling
  • Keep arms fairly straight and bring one out to the side at a time SLOWLY!
  • As you lift to the top – Make sure that you squeeze your chest and round your shoulder off the bench
  • Exhale as you round your back and squeeze chest
